﹟Easy and fast process of incorporation.
﹟Exemption from all taxes on property, transfer of goods and other assets as long as these are located outside Panama.
﹟Legal personality of the foundation ensures that the founder needs not to comply with the formalities of making a will.
Aged Formations are available for immediate dispatch.
Foundations can be dissolved if the charter has not yet been recorded in the Public Registry Office or if the charter expressly states that it can be dissolved by agreement of the members of the Foundation Council.
Transfer of assets made to the foundation will be irrevocable unless specific provision is made in the transfer deed. Under Law 25 of 1995, the transfer of certain foundation assets are tax-free so long as such assets are located outside Panama.
If the foundation is to come into existence after the founder＊s death, he or she will have the exclusive and unlimited right to revoke it at any time.
His or her heirs will have no such right, even if the foundation is not recorded in the Public Registry Office prior to the death of the Founder.
